Managing Groups in Blackboard

There are a number of methods to add groups to your Blackboard space depending on the number of groups required.

  • Single groups. If you only have a few groups with different requirements you can set them up manually one by one.
  • Group sets. You can also create groups in sets, if you need a set of groups with the same characteristics.
  • Import groups by bulk upload. If you require a large number of groups, for example if you have a large cohort with a number of markers, you can also bulk upload groups using a CSV file.
