Times Higher Education Awards open for entries
The Times Higher Education Awards are now open for entries and our University is seeking nominations in several categories to showcase our excellent projects, people and teams.
How to submit a nomination
To nominate a submission, please send a short summary or outline (150 words maximum) of the suggested award entry. Don’t write up a full award submission yet as we may not be able to enter every nomination.
We are seeking nominations in the following categories:
- Most Innovative Teacher of the Year
- Outstanding Support for Students
- Research Project of the Year: Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences
- Research Project of the Year: STEM
For ‘Most Innovative Teacher of the Year’ and ‘Outstanding Support for Students’ please send your submission to Teaching and Learning and for the other two, to rst@manchester.ac.uk
If you would like to enter one of the other categories, you can submit a short summary to the relevant Professional Services leadership Team member.
Other categories in the Awards will be filled using internal University structures to select entries.
You can submit on behalf of yourself or others, but please be aware that the person or team you are nominating will need to write up a full entry if selected. Support will be provided to proofread and edit this.
Entry is free but if your nomination is lucky enough to get shortlisted there will be a cost to your department to attend the ceremony.
Information about each category is included on the Times Higher website. In addition, we’ll be looking for nominations that are aligned to Our future, and our values.
Deadline for entries
- Please ensure you’ve submitted your nomination by 29 April.
