Vision and strategy

Our vision is to be a world-class environment for science and engineering teaching and learning. We want to achieve TEF Gold in all our subject areas and Teaching College was created to enable us to do this.

We’ve made it our mission to develop and drive excellence in the learning environment and student experience, influenced by student collaboration, scholarship and industry-relevant professional practice.

We have defined our aims and key performance indicators for 2019/20 for each of our four pillars as listed below.
